Kinoronahan bilang Miss Universe Philippines 2021 ang pambato ng Cebu City na si Beatrice Luigi Gomez sa grand coronation night nitong Setyembre 30. Bukod sa korona ng Miss Universe Philippines ay nag-uwi rin siya ng apat na awards: Best in Swimsuit, Best in Evening Gown, Miss Little Luxxe Immunplus Game at Miss Creamsilk.

Question: If during your reign as Miss Universe Philippines, things happen in your life that make you sad and uninspired, how would you be able to continue inspiring others?
Answer: It is very evident that all of us went through difficulties during this pand3mic, but it is also proof that we are able to rise to the occasion. And if anything happened to me during my reign, I will not give up and inspire others by rising to the problems that I am encountering and by inspiring them that, 'Whatever you're going through, you will be able to overcome it.'

Best in National Costume naman ang award na nakuha ni Miss Mandaluyong Maria Corazon Abalos habang Miss Bragais at Miss Organic Barley naman ang nakuhang title ni Miss Laguna Leren Mae Bautista.
Miss Luxxe White Reveal Instabright Stunner naman ang nakuha ni Miss Cebu Province Steffi Rose Aberasturi at si Miss Pasig Princess Kristha Singh ay nagkamit ng Miss Coppermask habang si Miss Albay Janela Joy Cuaton naman ay nakakuha ng Miss Kpads title.
